Our items are handmade in our laboratory in Milano, stitched and hand dyed with our hands. Often we will be sewing and dying your item to order so please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We will be happy to offer you an exchange. Please contact us by email or phone to organize it.

The cost of returning any item will be borne by the customer.

Faulty items

In case of faulty items shipping costs will be at our expense. Please contact ambra.hue@gmail.com.

Please be aware that we can’t accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
